Following are some recommendations. I have a multi/single line phone M14 or M16 with any of our Smith Corona headsets will work great. Are you a Plantronics M10, M12, GNN MPA...user? Compare our M14 or M16, which has the same features but at a lower cost and longer warranty. Also, any of our headsets can be wired to work with many different amps at no extra cost to you! My phone has a modular headset jack All of our products such as the Classic, Aurora, Pro Series, etc. come with the lower cord for direct plug in. Don't be deceived though because, some phones, still require the use of an amp. There are also phones like the AT&T Partner where the headset jack is analog and takes a base like our PD200 for on hook dialing. Leave the compatibility to us, call or email us with your questions. My application is 2 prong Our Smith Corona P12 is the perfect 2-prong solution. We have what other 2 prongs don't have; both transmit and receive and will adapter to all Smith Corona, Plantronics, and GNN headsets with a proper lower cord. Our P12 should be your only choice. My phone is a cordless/cell phone and has a 2.5 jack for a headset Most of our Smith Corona headsets have the 2.5 jack available. Our products are the perfect choice for this application. We save you money with one headset top for different applications. Use your office headset on your cell phone. Ask your sales rep for more information. I have a predictive dialer Most dialers will either have a single line phone with a headset and amp or a headset with or without a keypad that acts as a single line phone. We recommend our Smith Corona PD100, PD200 bases or our combo the PD300. The PD100 has a dial pad and will accept any of our Smith Corona headsets. The PD200 does not have a key pad but does have the features of transmit, receive, mute and on/off and will accept any of our Smith Corona headsets. The PD300, is a dial pad and comes in either monaural or binaural headsets. ETS users, we recommend our Smith Corona products with the proper wiring. This wiring is done at no extra cost to you.
